DENIZ AKTUG
Deniz is a Turkish-background Japanese chef with a degree in culinary arts from Turkey. After working with Michelin-star chefs in Lyon, France, she moved to Miami to specialize in Japanese fine dining. Now, as the chef de cuisine and co- owner of Yoso Sushi, a small restaurant dedicated to high-quality sushi and Japanese cuisine, Deniz continues to bring creativity and precision to every dish. In addition to running Yoso Sushi, she also works as a private chef, offering bespoke dining experiences that celebrate fresh ingredients, craftsmanship, and a passion for exceptional food.
